Since opening our Brighton taproom in 2019, we've quadrupled production and become part of the local community. Our core range is stocked nationwide, with limited editions reflecting our creativity and passion. We collaborate with like-minded breweries and local artists to showcase Brighton's vibrant culture through our beer and taproom experience.

To make a product that inspires the same level of anticipation we get every time our favourite breweries release a new beer; we’re enthusiasts first. We started making beer because we love the process and the product. We feel great beer should be something to be savoured throughout the entire process. BRIGHTON GIN
Brighton Gin was born from a love of gin and our vibrant city. We set out to create a gin that embodies the Spirit of Brighton—unusual, playful and fiercely independent. Our distillation process removes gluten, and we're proud to be the first craft gin certified 100% vegan, right down to our wax bottle tops and label gum.

Founded in 2010 with the goal of producing world-class English sparkling wines. Our vision goes beyond winemaking, aiming to contribute to the unique spirit of the South Downs, which has been farmed since medieval times. Rathfinny is proud to be the first grower-producer of sparkling wine to achieve B Corp certification.
