A small independent venue, we serve beers from local craft breweries, a modern wine list, cocktails and premium spirts from 12pm till 2am. We have pop up street food kitchens on rotation, a beautiful suntrap terrace as well as a hireable function bar. We love supporting local talent, presenting drag shows, live acts and DJs every week.

Did you know upstairs at Mrs Fitzherberts is available for private hire? There is no hire fee. The space can hold up to 80 people has a wood burning fire and a self-contained cocktail bar and terrace. AudioActive was set up in 1999 by a small team of music heads and youth workers.
With the simple aim of giving local young people the chance to access and create music, the organisation grew and grew, resulting in a unique community of artists and young people across Sussex.
